Home+ keeps a running record of every job, certificate and guarantee for your home. When you come to sell, the documents a buyer's solicitor asks for are already in one place, not spread across drawers, inboxes and old contractors.
Free to use. No card needed. Built for UK homes.

When you sell, you fill in the Property Information Form (TA6). It asks about alterations, guarantees, services, boundaries and more. The buyer's solicitor then reads your answers and asks for the evidence: the building regulations sign-off for the extension, the FENSA certificate for the windows, the guarantee for the damp-proofing, the last gas safety record.
If you only start gathering those papers once you have an offer, you are chasing old contractors and the council while the buyer waits. Missing documents can mean extra enquiries, indemnity policies or delays.
A home logbook fixes that by building the record as you go. Home+ keeps it for you, as part of the free home maintenance app.
An example of how a sale pack is organised. Your solicitor will confirm exactly what they need for your property.

Every finished job is logged. When a job is completed, it is added to your property history with the date and details. You can look back to see what was done, who did it and what it cost.
Certificates go in your vault. Upload certificates, guarantees and receipts to your document vault. Home+ reads details such as expiry dates and reminds you before anything runs out.
Hand over what is asked for. When your solicitor or a buyer asks for a document, find it in seconds, then download it or share it.
You do not need a complete history to begin. Upload the certificates, guarantees and receipts you can find today, and Home+ will keep the record from here on. For anything missing, our guides explain how to get a replacement:
The earlier you start, the less there is to chase when you sell.
