From upload to reminder in four steps
Upload a document. Add a PDF or a photo from your phone or computer. On a computer you can drag and drop the file straight in.
Home+ reads it for you. Home+ suggests the key details, such as the expiry date, so you do not have to type them in. You check the suggestion and change anything that is wrong.
Get reminded before it expires. When a certificate or warranty is coming up for renewal, Home+ tells you in time to act.
Find it when you need it. Open, download or share any document in seconds, whether a buyer, an insurer or a tradesperson is asking.
When you will be glad you kept it
- Selling your home. A buyer's solicitor will usually ask for certificates and guarantees for work done on the property. Having them ready avoids delays. See our house sale document pack.

To read details such as expiry dates, Home+ sends the contents of an uploaded document to an AI service that processes it on our behalf. It is not allowed to use your documents to train its models.
