We've made two everyday actions quicker and clearer to use.
When adding a task: - All key fields are now required, so nothing gets saved half-finished by accident. - If something is missing, a clear message tells you exactly what to fill in — no guessing. - Dropdowns no longer show a pre-selected choice, so every decision is a deliberate one. - More task types are available, including Repair, Improvement, Cleaning, and Compliance. - Priority now includes an Urgent option for time-sensitive jobs. - Recurring tasks can now be set to repeat Weekly.
When uploading a document: - You can now drag and drop a file straight onto the upload area — no need to click and browse every time. - The upload box highlights when you hover a file over it, so you know exactly where to drop. - The form now scrolls properly on smaller screens so all fields are always within reach.
You can now upload important home documents — like your boiler manual, gas safety certificate, or warranty paperwork — and access them from anywhere, any time.
The Home+ backend is now live and ready to use. Everything runs on a secure server, so your data is protected every time you use the app.
You no longer need to remember when your boiler needs servicing or when it's time to check your smoke alarms — Home+ will remind you ahead of time so nothing slips through the cracks.
