Home+ is the app homeowners use to look after their homes. When they need a job done, it goes to local trades on Trade Pilot, our platform for trades. If you're a plumber, electrician, builder or other trade looking for local work, Trade Pilot is where you sign up.
Join free. There’s no monthly fee, no subscription and no contract.
Get verified. Upload proof of public liability insurance and, where your work needs one, your trade certificate, such as Gas Safe registration. Our team checks them before you’re marked as verified.
Choose the jobs you want. Buy credits and spend them on the local jobs you want to quote for. Each job goes to no more than three trades.
We're adding towns across the South East, starting with Reading and Maidstone.
You're in the right place. Home+ is free for homeowners: it keeps your home's maintenance on track and gets you quotes from vetted local trades. See how Home+ works
